Pros: Work-life balance, decent stock options, excellent location (San Diego cannot be beat in the U.S.A. in terms of weather and lifestyle).
Cons: Pay could improve; 401K matching is OK. Growth is a bit slow, and the company is top-heavy. There's too much disparity in growth pace between groups. SW teams have much faster growth, while certain HW teams are stuck due to a bad management style.
