The interview process began with a telephone interview.
Next was the onsite interview, where I was asked questions from my resume. This was followed by a mix of technical questions and some coding exercises on a whiteboard.
The interviewers were very friendly and helped me to arrive at the right answers. The overall experience was very enjoyable.

Best place to learn and work with state-of-the-art technology.
Cons: Escalating the corporate ladder is not easy, and it may take forever. Also, there can be a lot of internal competition.
