POOR PROCESS & ETHICS from the HR team!

Total waste of 6 hours of my time without a closure email from Qualcomm HR!

I received a call from Qualcomm Bangalore HR for this position. The first level round was with the hiring manager for one hour. It was mainly a discussion on the role and my technical background.

This was followed by 4 rounds of tech interviews. Most questions were based on my previous work. A few rounds were taken by junior engineers on the team. This was a continuous 5 hours of technical discussion.

After spending 6 hours in the interview process, there was no feedback from Qualcomm HR. We take time off to attend these long interviews, but the company doesn’t have a process to update the candidates. If we are a match, would you call us twice weekly until we join the organization?

Be careful when attending interviews with companies that have poor processes and ethics. I am not sure if they schedule interviews to understand and learn from others' work.
