I applied on your website and had a phone call after two weeks, followed by an on-site interview.

Except for the hiring manager, all other interviewers (yes, all four of them) seemed to wonder how I reached this level. They kept asking how I got my resume into the company, etc.

I could clearly see that they wanted to bring in one of their friends and were not happy to see me on-site. I perceived this as typical racism, and I was very annoyed by these questions.

I am very surprised a company like Qualcomm supports this kind of behavior. They only seemed to want Chinese or Korean individuals in their group and did not want anyone else. I am sure the person selected for this position is either Korean or Chinese.
