Applied online and received an email from the Interview Coordinator for possible dates for a phone screen. Had a phone screen with the hiring manager and was asked technical questions. Then, I was called for an in-person interview. The interview took a whole day with seven different people. Within two days, I received an email for a second round of interviews, as upper management wanted to meet me. This consisted of three directors. Then, in four to five days, HR called with an offer. Have patience; QC takes a long time to set up in-person interviews. I waited two to three weeks for the first in-person interview, and the second interview took another two weeks to set up. By then, I had already received another offer from a different company. But I liked the people and the culture there.
All of the interviews were technical. Some gave flow chart diagrams and asked me to come up with a test plan and test cases.
They asked Unix networking questions and SQL command queries. Some gave sample programs and asked how I would test the app.
