The interview process involved several stages. In my case, there were two telephonic interviews, one programming problem, and a face-to-face interview.
The people who conducted the interviews were quite arrogant and not technically sound. They were unwilling to listen to logical answers, preferring to stick to their own narrow vision of technology. I am not sure which department they work in.
The attitude of a few interviewers was as if they didn't care about your answers; they just wanted to hear what they already knew. I hope they will improve and become a bit more professional rather than childish during interviews. It felt like they did not research properly into the questions they were asking.
Additionally, their response during several stages was very slow. I am not sure who handles the HR process in Cambridge, but they kept me in limbo for days before coming back with an answer.
As a tech company, it's expected that if you do not find a candidate suitable or up to your expectations, please do not keep them in limbo. If you don't like a candidate, just let them know politely rather than keeping them waiting for months and then sending a copy-pasted email.
I hope their technical people improve their behavioral skills and their HR people start doing their job efficiently.
