Process
After my resume was referred by one of the employees, I received a call from HR two to three months later.
A telephonic discussion was set up, during which the hiring manager explained the position and sought to understand my areas of expertise.
After clearing the telephonic discussion, an on-site interview was scheduled. This involved three technical interviews with peers of the hiring manager.
Finally, I had discussions with the hiring manager and the group VP.
