I was interviewed for this position last week. I initially received a phone call from the hiring manager. After speaking to me for 30 minutes, they called me in for an onsite interview.
The onsite interview was tiring. I was interviewed by 11 people: 2 HR and 9 technical. Everyone asked me about my past internships and current experiences in IC fab and assembly, along with statistical analysis. I answered most questions well, but I did falter on a few.
I am primarily a recent college graduate working in the semiconductor industry and had no experience as an SQE. I was questioned extensively on that, but I tried to convince them how my skills could be used for this position. Overall, it was good, and I am keeping my fingers crossed!
