SWE Intern Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India
Process
The selection process consists of three stages.
First, candidates will attend an online assessment with approximately 60 questions covering:
- Aptitude
- Logical reasoning
- Technical concepts
- Problem-solving skills
Shortlisted candidates will then participate in two technical face-to-face interviews on campus, focusing on programming, data structures, computer science fundamentals, projects, and role-specific technical knowledge.
Finally, selected candidates will attend an HR round covering communication, teamwork, career goals, strengths, adaptability, and overall suitability for the organization.
