Pros: At Qualcomm, you will get to work on new technology and will get an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with upcoming technology.
Cons: There is a fixed schedule to work. Your manager can ping you at any time in the evening after work hours. It depends on your team manager. Sometimes they will ping you late at night, which disturbs work-life balance.
