Process
There was only one round of interview for the contract position I joined. It was so easy to clear the interview.

Pros: There is always personal growth and unlimited knowledge gain if you are willing to work hard and smart. Management is very understanding and flexible, open for discussion.
Cons: Due to a demanding schedule and timeline for projects, work-life balance is being traded off. We are expected to work very long hours.

Supportive Team, Job Insecurity
Test Engineer • Former Employee

Pros: My team was very supportive and helpful throughout the 6 months I worked there.
Awesome manager and friendly teammates.
Very friendly developers (I am a tester) also, who helped without any hesitation!
Good work culture!!
FREE lunch too!!
Cons: As the firm is going through hard times battling legal issues, job security is very, very low. Luckily, they ended my contract only one week before the actual end date. It was like they couldn't afford to pay anymore; they would have done the same even if that was my first month of employment.
