Pros: It's almost like being back in college: lots of events happening and clubs to join.
The fact that lots of teams work in different projects makes it easy to get to know lots of cool people.
Of course, being close to LA, you can get discounts to theme parks and other deals.
Teams are definitely supportive and caring.
Cons: Some perks are obviously not available for contractors, like participating in volunteer work or having access to some online courses.
