Received an interview call after 3 weeks.
On the same day, I had three technical rounds:
- The first round focused on design basics.
- The second and third rounds were on verification.
Each round lasted for one hour. The interview was average; I received an offer but declined it.

Pros: Great benefit and work flexibility. Inclusive work environment in which people believe they can make a contribution regardless of their level.
Cons: Highly political. Compared to other engineering companies, there are a lot of superficial efforts. More time was spent to make things look good instead of doing actual good. Senior management tends to be fully aware of their "senior" status and act like it. While the policy does encourage team collaboration and spirit regardless of each person's position, the reality is that there are plenty of god complexes at the senior level management.
