The projects were very interesting and at the cutting edge of ML and AI. The R&D team applies ML to various areas from AR/VR to semiconductor design.

Pretty good work-life balance. I rarely worked more than 40-50 hours a week.

The people are great.
- The biggest con is the pay. It's much better than service companies, but compared to AI roles at FANG, the pay isn't competitive.
