Creative, But Lacks Accountability

The work environment is great and conducive to effective teamwork. The management is very responsive and creates ample space for teams to show their creativity in a project.
- Lack of accountability
- Long hours (by choice)
- Inflexible regimen
The main problem is the lack of accountability for the work being done. Everybody seems to work in their own timelines. This often creates clashes between interdependent teams. The management does not intervene as it should.
Great work is being done by the management. However, it needs to increase the level of accountability among individual teams and make sure that one underperforming team does not drag the project down.
