Interview started at 10 AM and finished at 4 PM. It was very difficult; be prepared thoroughly. Touch on basics of embedded systems and C. There were more than 6 interview rounds. Main focus was on coding skills, RTOS, and Linux device drivers.

Initial phone screen and 6 rounds of face-to-face interviews onsite. I was tested mostly on pointer concepts in C and signal processing, which was my major in my Master's.
