Learning-wise, a very good place. If you have potential, there is a lot of space to express.
Working as a contractor doesn't give you a positive vibe. There are disadvantages facility-wise. You can't opt for company transportation and metro feeders. Also, sometimes there's too much work.
Provide transportation for temp employees.
