Easygoing, learn a lot. Get to be around real-world ADAS testing.
Communication from the company leads sometimes feels like a vacuum tube. Not a lot of information from what is a dynamic environment.
Upper management should be transparent with the team. Team leads do not share the focus of projects until it's an emergency and fires need to be put out.
