No cons, as far as I see.
I have interviewed with several different groups at Qualcomm. These interviews ranged from an easy phone interview to very difficult multi-level interviews, including having to do a presentation, and ending in an in-person interview.
The interview process included: * A telephonic round. * Two face-to-face rounds. * An HR round. * An offer letter. The interviewing panel members were very friendly and had good patience. They listened attentively and reviewed every project
The interview process was quick and really good. I received a response very quickly and was very happy to be selected in the interview. It was good enough.
