Work-life balance, respect for employees, periodic reviews to check if you like what you are doing, opportunity to grow, recognition in the form of frequent awards, and well-established processes.
Takes a long time to go up the ladder. Salary is not competitive. Some teams have poor work-life balance and work during weekends.
Good management (in my team, at least).
Very smart people, especially managers. I am not very sure about other teams.
