Hybrid work from home - we can attend the office only 2 days a week.
Extension for work from home - There is provision for temporary work from home extension in some critical situations.
When I requested a pre-planned vacation - All issues were handled by the manager and team members, which lets you enjoy your vacation well.
Some teams are pushed when the milestone is near. It becomes tough during this situation.
Hybrid work from home is good. But there is a restriction that you should be present in the base location during the entire week.
With the change in life around us, the management should allow vacation-based work. Employees can be allowed to travel to some hill stations and work as well.
