Pros

Smart people who love to innovate are at disposal.

Cons

Since Amon took over QCOM, it has lost its core value and petty politics has reached the veins of great people. Innovation is continuing at a declining rate, and compensation has become sub-standard since Meta and Google entered. Horrible methods have been introduced to bring people back into the office.

Advice to Management

Take Jensen Huang's suggestion on WFH.

Reduce the number of Staff level employees and stop hiring more people for your aspiration. The market is beefed up because you hired them on higher compensation and roles. It is your responsibility to take care of young talent inflow, and it just does not mean hiring more people. Get back to your core values that are visible in Nvidia.
