I had a screening test and then one interview after that. It was pretty decent, and the interviewer was nice. I was able to grab an offer, and I accepted it.

I went through my CV, then proceeded with some technical questions. They didn't really ask any questions about my character or challenges I faced during projects, etc. It felt like putting on a performance.
