- Workload really depends on the manager. Some are really pushy.
- The total amount of interns is too large, so they always miss some things or emails for some people.
- Some interns get really simple or not-that-critical projects, which makes them feel they're not participating in the teamwork.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. There was an initial recruiter screen, and then there was a hiring manager interview that lasted for 90 minutes. I don't know if he wanted to grill me or liked my profile.
