Awesome experience because of great people and excellent work
The company does not have a hierarchical structure where you have to wait for days to get some work done or to send your message to a senior person. You can talk to anyone.
This creates a great work environment which enhances productivity.
The quality of work is very good. They have got very interesting work.
They have employee-friendly policies, so your work-life balance will be wonderful.
The only thing I missed is a campus. I would like to see the company build its own campus.
