Mentors and managers are very helpful.
Interns can opt for their favorite team if they want to join as full-time employees.
Sometimes there is no predefined project for the interns, so interns do not know what to work on for 3-4 weeks. The building that was appointed to me was very dark, with no proper lighting.
Management is very good overall. They can ask the interns for their preferences before assigning them to random teams.
