- Huge intern program with lots of events and opportunities to network and make friends.
- Structured internships with clear expectations of a project that will actually benefit the group you are working with.
- Lots of hands-on work in labs (as a hardware intern). You learn a lot in a few months.
I enjoyed my time there. I can't think of any cons.
