There are some very interesting projects and groups that are overall very smart and driven. These are usually in new areas with a lot happening in terms of development. Moving from one project to another is not very difficult, but may require some timing.
A lot of differences between different departments, technologies, and teams. Culture depends on the VP. Sometimes long-term strategy is not clear within the department.

Applied online and was selected for an interview. I met with the department manager for an interview, which was conducted in his office. Though it shouldn't really matter, I couldn't help but notice that the interviewer and all the employees I saw
