Many internal training and learning courses exist in diverse areas.
Cheap, cheap, cheap, in every way, always trying to save a penny in everything.
Incompetent leadership.
No work-life balance.
Work exported to China/India, but since those Geos can't get the job done on their own, it requires nightly meetings, often up until 3 AM, and you're expected to be at work at 9 AM.
Poor bonuses, crappy stock grants.
Get your act together.
Stop exporting jobs and intellectual property to our next competitors (India/China).

The interview process was very good. There was first a phone screen. The phone screen was technical. If the candidate passed the phone screen, then there was a full panel interview with 4 people for a day.
