Has good ESPP and 401k plans. Job location is great. Rewards cycle used to be 6 months. Internal opportunities if not happy with current job.
Crappy pay. No work-life balance. Health plan from 2016 is not as good as before. Management is clueless about the direction of the company. Business is not as aggressive as it used to be.
Come up with a plan to stop attrition. Reward employees.
