Work-life balance, great learning, great management, great compensation.
No cons that I can think of.
Four-round interview, I felt so comfortable. The manager and lead were very good. They explained the positions and the work. * Written test * C basics * Technical round * Manager round * HR round
3 rounds. 2 rounds mainly focused on DSA and Python. 3rd round was on managerial side and Projects. Mainly focused on OOPS, OS, threading. Medium level DSA was asked. This was for python developer role.
The interview process was all done in one day, with 3 rounds. It started with basic coding and technical questions. The second round was in-depth embedded and C questions. The third round was on systems-level knowledge and understanding.
