- Great place to work.
- Encourages innovation. If you have an idea, you will get help to patent it.
- Flexible timings.
- Free food (even though not great).
- Lots of perks.
- Team outings are great and fun (once in a quarter).
Based on my experience:
- If you are in a Test team, chances are that you will be working a lot (late nights).
- Managers are cool and great, but team members can be pathetic.
