The job is very stable for Qualcomm; you don't have to think about losing your job. Also, Qualcomm is the leader in the industry.
Low salary and slow promotion. As a very successful high-tech company, the salary is not as good as it should be compared to the same type of companies in the same industry.
Adjust the salary for the market salary. Timely promotion is needed for many groups. And the workload has to be adjusted to a reasonable level.
