Many things to learn, but you don't have time to learn them anyway, as focus is all on execution.
Long working hours, weekends and public holidays are non-existent. Sleep deprivation hence many people fall sick (it is very usual and normal here). There is no time for own hobbies or interests, and no time for family bonding. There are unreasonable expectations by management, with project timelines getting shorter every year. Leads tell you not to sleep. There is a lack of appreciation for hard work (in fact, appreciation tools and platforms have become better, but the amount of appreciation has become significantly less or redundant). There is no break between projects, and no replacement or compensation for overtime work. People expect you to work even on your most important days, like your wedding day, family celebration, or family tradition. Basically, they expect you to sacrifice everything for Qualcomm.
Please take a look at your employees' wellbeing. Do not treat them like dogs.
