Pros
  • Excellent, as long as you are working with Americans.
  • Independent working environment.
  • Very amazing salary for Indian standards.
  • Good benefits, RSU.
Cons
  • Team changing is difficult and needs at least 8 years.
  • Monotonous work.
  • Horrible directors. Most of them are technically dumb and act like Lords of Qualcomm (dictators).
  • QIPL directors and higher folks need to evolve. There is no support for innovation. There is no support for new work.
  • Folks just waste half of the time pointing fingers, and no work is done.
  • High attrition rate in QIPL.
Advice to Management
  1. Please fire all the directors and senior directors in QIPL who have the audacity to make statements in All Hands which discourage innovation.
  2. QIPL management is highly intransparent and arrogant. Take care!
  3. Most folks need a reality check.
