Pros

Very good patent program. If you come up with an idea worthy of filing a patent, you get $1500 as a bonus for each submission.

Pure tech company. Very few layoffs.

Good pay, not the best in the software industry.

Cons
  • Too many localities, less diversity.

  • HR is almost non-existent.

  • Poor work-life balance.

  • The company's growth has not been great for the last couple of years.

  • Division of work is not clearly defined, which increases pressure if someone is performing beyond their field of work.

Advice to Management

Focus on young talent retention. They are mostly fed up with uncool culture set up by seniors who doesn't wish to grow and are satisfied with their life.

Encourage work-life balance. Staying late is not always good for the company. That needs to be clearly communicated.
