Working at Qualcomm, be it anywhere in the world, is the most hectic and appalling. They have no regard for their employees, and all they care about is getting the work completed at the cost of the employees' health.
Work-life balance is deplorable. Rather than hiring more people, they try to squeeze in the maximum possible load on a person's plate, to the extent of making them work 24/7 (literally).
Rather than doing so, they should spend some time on analyzing what can enhance their employee satisfaction. But no, they don't have time for such abysmal, petty things.

Senior Software Developer
Very easy. There are six rounds throughout the day. The interviewers are very helpful and polite. They will guide you. There are lots of behavioral questions. They will ask you about your prior experience.
Software Engineer
1 Written Test, then 2 Technical Interview Rounds, then an HR Round. Questions were from C/C++ and Bit Manipulation. They were more interested in OOP Concepts like threads, classes and objects, inheritance, and similar.

The interview was great. They asked all the basic and standard questions. The interview went well and lasted for 2 hours. However, I wasn't selected for the HR round, despite answering almost all the questions.
