Too much politics, regionalism, especially in the Hyderabad office. Growth opportunities are more based on opportune candidates rather than those who really delivered.
Hyderabad management is like... all fools help each other and grow. They care least about engineers but about politics and their own growth. The company has grown, and the environment to work in with positivism is most important, more than managers caring about themselves.
