Large company, good compensation. San Diego is a good city with nice weather to live. The living cost here, especially house prices, might not be as high as the Bay Area.
Work-life balance might not be good. You need to work overtime frequently. If you are considering work-life balance, Qualcomm might not be a good choice for you.
