- A lot of communication between management and employees through all-hands meetings and presentations; however, the communication is usually one-sided (top-down).
A very traditional company culture, where there is not a two-way engagement between top management and employees. Not enough diversity within the workforce. Not a super collaborative environment to work at. Company lacks passion and enthusiasm.
Try to create a more passionate, motivated, and diverse workforce.
This company was founded on principles of innovation, yet these days it is not doing anything revolutionary.
