1 They focus on the deadline, not the design. They didn't design correctly in the beginning and kept missing deadlines, which brought a lot of pressure to everyone.
2 They cannot or do not want to keep experienced people. When you want to ask a question, nobody knows the answer and they just CC around the email. If a person gets a green card, they will leave the company right away in Silicon Valley.
3 Company politics are involved everywhere. Every six months, they will start organizational restructuring. I didn't know who the boss of my director was, as this person kept changing.
4 They outsource a lot of jobs to India, where some projects failed.
Focus on design, not deadline. If you design it right, you will meet the deadline.
Keep experienced people. Don't lay them off and replace them with low-cost and non-experienced India labor.

Ghosted after the first interview discussion. No recruiter was involved. Only email from someone based in India to schedule for the Netherlands (which is also weird). First round, all questions were answered, but still no feedback and no communica
