- We have some really smart people here.
- You can still work on really cutting-edge technology.
- Do not promote from within.
- No other major company is around San Diego. This gives management an easy position for salary/promotion when employees have no choice but to stay.
- With the recent employment boom, we ended up with lots of people coming here to retire, and political people.
- Parking is a mess. You won't find parking here unless you park four blocks away.
- The office is a mess. We experienced growth too fast and are now three people in one small office.
- Promote from within.
- It is not because you have a PhD that you are smart or should be hired.
