It's a BIG company and is slow to make changes
There are a bunch of great, hard-working folks, and they put their all into the products.
There used to be cyclical development cycles where you could "catch up" and spend time to learn/investigate new things, but in the past few years it felt like we were being driven at 110%.
We need to start looking at innovating new things besides chipsets. We used to have our hands in a lot of other stuff.
