Life in my group was horrible. Incompetent and verbally abusive management. Backstabbing, mind games, stealing ideas, hiding facts from upper management.

Advice to Management

Make sure you know who you hire. Follow up on HR issues; listen more to employees. Some people in high positions were probably good engineers, but they are not good managers.
