Compensation is merit-based, so if you are performing well, the bonuses and stock grants every six months will reflect that.
It's hard to collaborate between teams. Multiple painful and time-consuming processes are more optimized towards integrators and bug tracking than towards streamlined development and engineering. The company is top-heavy with too many directors and senior directors.
