Very hierarchical. The first thing people do is look at your title before figuring out how to respond to you.
Very South Asian (India) way of dealing with people. Of course, when 89% of employees are from India and China.
No respect from management. They are out of touch and only worry about their hierarchy.
Very poor. Lack of experience. Some of them still think about a stick, Indian slavery style. (Wake up, this is America, and things work differently.)
