Benefits are pretty good. The mobile industry is hot. Lateral movement is possible, especially for those willing to move to San Diego. It is not difficult to procure test equipment. Good engineers.
High pressure. Very long hours. Large, entrenched middle and upper management layers make career advancement difficult.
