Innovation, steady, honest, collegial. A great place to work at.
I don't see any cons.
Someone from Qualcomm reached out to me to see if I was interested. The process was very smooth, and the interviewers were very kind. They mostly asked about my experience and fundamentals of EE questions.
The HR took two weeks to schedule the first phone interview. The interviewer asked about my background, academic projects, and past internships. They then asked basic technical questions about computer architecture, basic DSP, and a few C questions
There was a first screening, which was very cordial and friendly. Subsequently, I was invited to the Santa Clara office for an interview with the team, which was an excellent experience.
