Pros
  1. You can learn technology if you want, no matter which team you are in.
  2. There may be times to implement new things, but it comes very rarely and depends on the team and technology you work for.
  3. Very open culture with respect to timings.
  4. Work-from-home option available.
Cons
  1. In the name of development, mainly debugging takes place.
  2. Due to cost-cutting, salary reviews have decreased from two times a year to one time, and salary hikes have also decreased from before.
  3. You may be called on weekends at any time, as you are provided with laptops. You are expected to check emails even on weekends.
  4. Employees are expected to work late nights, so there are long working hours and overpressure.
Advice to Management

Due to cost-cutting, employees are put under overpressure, which ultimately deteriorates their output. So, please check that an employee does not get the work of two people at the same time.
