For a semiconductor company, pay is great. However, we cannot say the same if we look at the median for Software Developer jobs in the current market. There is not much chance to grow in some teams.
Widespread dissemination of business/technical decisions/roadmap to employees helps to build a perspective of what we are working towards.
Qualcomm Hyderabad is still carrying a lot of dead weight. Restructuring should be done here too.
